Therefore, the company contacted Intellectsoft with a request for creating a form-filling solution to facilitate the inspection management process, minimize redundant and time-consuming paperwork to increase efficiency, accuracy, and enable simple and effortless processing and exporting of all equipment inspection documents.
Solution
After a thorough analysis, Intellectsoft’s team developed a high-end Advanced Inspection Management System (AIMS) that digitalizes the process of recording, storing, and sharing hazardous area and emergency lighting equipment inspection reports while eliminating manual data transfer and human error.
The solution allows seamless form & report management, importing and exporting reports, creating inspection sheets, managing inspector profiles as well as scheduling inspections. The software enables equipment maintenance management, order management, photo capture, and access to stats and reports.
